Fillet Of Fish With Lemon - Parsley

1/2 cup butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
1/8 tsp. celery seed
1 lb. white fish fillets

  • Melt butter in baking dish, then put all the remaining ingredients into melted butter.

  • Coat both sides of fish as you put them into baking dish.

  • Cover with waxed paper, microwave on high 5-6 minutes (or) until fish flakes easily.
