Fillet Of Fish With Lemon - Parsley
1/2 cup butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
1/8 tsp. celery seed
1 lb. white fish fillets
-
Melt butter in baking dish, then put all the remaining ingredients
into melted butter.

Coat both sides of fish as you put them into baking dish.

Cover with waxed paper, microwave on high 5-6 minutes (or) until
fish flakes easily.
