Fillets Ole
2 lbs. fillets, skinned
2 tsp. garlic salt
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. green onion and tops, chopped
1/2 c. green peppers
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 c. (3 oz.) mushrooms, drained and sliced
1/2 tsp. dried thyme

Cut fillets into serving-sized portions. Sprinkle fish with garlic
salt.

Place fish in single layer in well greased baking dish.

Combine remaining ingredients and spread over fish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until flaky. Serves
