1 to 1 1/2 lbs. fish, cooked and cubed 1 to 2 onions, thinly sliced 2 bay leaves 5 to 6 peppercorns, cracked RICE vinegar to cover
Place fish in deep bowl. Cover with mixture of remaining ingredients.
Let set 4 or 5 hours. Serve on toothpicks.
Will keep several days in refrigerator.
