Marinated Fish Steaks
2 lbs. fish steaks (fresh or frozen)
1/4 c. orange or pineapple juice
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. catsup
2 tbsp. cooking oil
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/2 pepper

Thaw fish if frozen. Place fish in a single layer in shallow baking
dish.

Combine remaining ingredients in mixing bowl and pour over fish.

Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes, turning once. Place
