Orca Bay Halibut
1 tsp. minced parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. grated lemon or lime peel
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 lb. halibut steaks, thawed
2 tbsp. lemon or lime juice
1 tbsp. melted butter or margarine

Combine parsley, salt, lemon peel and pepper; sprinkle over halibut.

Place fish in a shallow, greased microwave dish, drizzle with
the melted butter or margarine and lemon juice.

Cover with waxed paper. Microwave on high for 2 minutes or until
fish flakes easily.
