Tex - Mex Fish
1 tbsp. water
1 lb. fish fillets
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 med. tomato
1 (8 oz.) jar picante sauce
1/2 c. black olives, sliced
1/2 c. cheese, shredded
-
Put water and onion in microwave for 2 minutes.
-
Place fillets on top of cooked onion, put in microwave for 4 minutes.
-
Cover with tomato, picante and olives, microwave for 2 minutes.
-
Cover with cheese and heat 1 minute.
