Baked Whole Red Snapper

Whole red snapper
Paprika
Cajun seasoning or Chesapeake Bay
seasoning
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. green onions, chopped

  • Scale fish. Cover fish with cajun seasoning or Chesapeake Bay seasoning, then sprinkle with paprika and rub in until fish is covered.

  • Saute celery and onion until soft. Stuff cavity of fish with mixture.

  • Bake at 425 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.

  • Garnish with parsley and green onion stalks.
