Barbecued Fish
1 lb. fish fillets
1/4 c. catsup
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. instant minced onion
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash red pepper sauce
Lemon wedges

Place fish fillets in ungreased 13x9x2 baking pan.

Mix catsup, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, sugar, onion, salt
and pepper sauce.

Pour on fish; turn until both sides are coated. Cover and refrigerate
30 minutes. Heat oven to 400 degrees.

Bake, uncovered, until fish flakes easily with fork, 15 to 20 minutes.

Garnish with lemon wedges. Serve with pan juices.

Serves 3 or 4.
