Foreign Fish Recipes
 

Barbecued Fish

1 lb. fish fillets
1/4 c. catsup
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. instant minced onion
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash red pepper sauce
Lemon wedges

  • Place fish fillets in ungreased 13x9x2 baking pan.

  • Mix catsup, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, sugar, onion, salt and pepper sauce.

  • Pour on fish; turn until both sides are coated. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes. Heat oven to 400 degrees.

  • Bake, uncovered, until fish flakes easily with fork, 15 to 20 minutes.

  • Garnish with lemon wedges. Serve with pan juices.

  • Serves 3 or 4.
