Fish And Cheese Supreme

1 lb. fish fillets (cod or trout)
1 lb. scallops (small bay)
1 lb. shrimp pieces
1 to 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 (14 oz.) can mushroom pieces
Salt and pepper
1 c. butter
1 c. jack cheese, grated

  • Saute fish, scallops and shrimp in butter.

  • Add salt and pepper, mushrooms and Velveeta cheese.

  • After cheese melts, place in shallow baking dish.

  • Top with grated jack cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts.

  • Serve with rice.
