Fish And Cheese Supreme
1 lb. fish fillets (cod or trout)
1 lb. scallops (small bay)
1 lb. shrimp pieces
1 to 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 (14 oz.) can mushroom pieces
Salt and pepper
1 c. butter
1 c. jack cheese, grated

Saute fish, scallops and shrimp in butter.

Add salt and pepper, mushrooms and Velveeta cheese.

After cheese melts, place in shallow baking dish.

Top with grated jack cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts.

Serve with rice.
