Fish Fillets With Cheese
1 1/2 lb. fish fillets (8 to 10 pieces trout or red fish)
4 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. onion, minced
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 1/2 c. fine, soft bread crumbs (about 4 slices)
1/4 c. American cheese, grated
1/2 c. milk

Sprinkle fillets with salt and pepper. Put in shallow baking dish.

Saute onions in butter until light brown. Mix the rest of the ingredients
except milk together.

Spread on fillets and press firmly. Pour milk around fish.

Bake until fish is tender and brown.
