2 qts. red fish pieces
3 qts. water
2 tsp. McCormick seafood seasoning
1 sm. jar pimento, chopped
2 tsp. dill pickle relish
1/2 c. onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. pecans, chopped
1/4 c. celery, chopped
Boil 15 to 20 minutes. Flake and cool fish then add above ingredients.
Add mayonnaise to moisten.
Then add 1/4 cup ranch or blue cheese salad dressing and several
drops of Louisiana hot sauce if desired.
