Redfish Special
1 lb. redfish fillets
3/4 tsp. seasoned salt
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/4 lb. cheddar cheese
-
Sprinkle fillets with seasoned salt and lemon juice.

Place in broiler pan and broil until fish flakes. Remove.
-
Spread with sour cream and sprinkle with grated cheese.
-
Return to oven and broil until cheese melts and cream is bubbly.

Serves 4 to 6.
