Sam's False Crab

4 cup fish, cooked and flaked (bake,covered in water, 20-30 min.)
2/3 stick oleo
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 cup onions, chopped
12 oz. cheddar cheese (reserve some for topping)

  • Mix together and put in baking dish.

  • Top with 4 ounces cheese and bake for 20 minutes at 300 degrees.

  • Makes 4 to 6 servings and is as good as baked crab.
