Sauteed Fish Fillet

Fish fillets (red, trout, flounder)
Salt and pepper to taste

  • Coat lightly with flour, shake off excess.

  • Coat lightly with mayonnaise, and place in hot skillet.

  • Fry to desired doneness.

  • Coat other side with mayonnaise and repeat process.
