Seafood Continental

2 cans cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. white wine
1 c. mild cheese, grated
2 tbsp. butter
4 c. seafood, cooked (fish, shrimp or crab)
2 tbsp. parsley
1/4 c. buttered bread crumbs

  • Blend soup, milk and wine. Mix with seafood, cheese and parsley.

  • Spoon into shallow baking dish. Dot with butter.

  • Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until crumbs are golden.

  • Serves 6.
