Baked Red Snapper

Red snapper fillets, cut into
individual portions
3 tbsp. orange juice
2 tsp. orange rind, grated
1 tsp. fine herbs
Dash pepper
3 tbsp. butter or margarine

  • Grease shallow baking dish large enough for number of servings desired (if more than 6, increase ingredients proportionately).

  • Spread fillets in pan, skin side down. Sprinkle with juice and seasonings and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

  • Fish is done with it flakes easily. Garnish with slices of orange.

  • May be individually seasoned with Morton's Nature's seasoning.
