Batter For Fish And Onion Rings

1 cup flour
1 egg
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 cup ice water

Combine all ingredients and beat well. Dip fish or onion rings into batter and fry until golden brown.
