Carp Fillets

This is a joke

Clean the fish carefully; wash in salt water; stuff with rice and diced green peppers; place on a thin piece of cedar or pine wood.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or barbecue if preferred.
Then you throw the fish away and eat the board.
