Carp Fillets

This is a joke

  • Clean the fish carefully; wash in salt water; stuff with rice and diced green peppers; place on a thin piece of cedar or pine wood.

  • Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or barbecue if preferred.

  • Then you throw the fish away and eat the board.
