Foreign Fish Recipes
 

Oven Fried Shark

2 lbs. fresh shark fillets
1/2 cup rich milk
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1/8 tsp. basil
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
2 tbsp. parsley, diced

  • Wipe fillets with damp cloth. Pour milk into small mixing bowl.

  • Add salt, pepper and basil. Stir well. Dip each fillet in seasoned milk; then in bread crumbs.

  • Arrange in shallow baking dish; pour melted butter on fish.

  • Bake at 350 to 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
