Fresh Mussel With Cream And Parsley200
gms fresh mussel
10 gms fresh butter 20 gms finely chopped onion
fresh cream 5 gms finely chopped parsley
salt and pepper 20 ml white wine - Lightly
saute onion and mussel in fresh butter.
- Add
white wine, chopped parsley and fresh cream.
- Cook
for at least 2 minutes or as soon as the mussel shell is open.
- Add
salt and pepper if needed.
