Oysters With Garlic Herb Butter
Ingredients:
12 pcs
oysters on half shells
1 pinch salt
4 tbsp butter (unsalted)
1/4 cup bread crumbs
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tbsps Parmesan, grated
2 pcs parsley, chopped
paprika
1 pinch pepper
How to cook Oysters With Garlic Herb Butter
- Preheat
oven to 375°F. Place oysters in a baking sheet.
- Set
aside.
- Melt butter in
a pan. Add garlic and saute for about a minute.
- Add
parsley, salt, pepper and paprika. Set aside.
- Spoon
butter sauce into each individual oyster shell.
- Top
with bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake
for about 3 to 5 minutes until heated through.
- Serve
immediately.
